Question 1: What is Gyanodaya Plus Digital Subscription?
Answer: It is a digital subscription plan, where readers pay a monthly or annual fee for a premium advertising-free experience of the website.
Question 2: How do we subscribe?
Answer: Login/Sign up on the subscription page and select the plan of your choice. On subscription page –
1: Review the available plans and choose the one that’s right for you.
2: Click on the ‘Subscribe Now‘ button given with the plan of your choice.
3: Review your order summary, select payment mode and click on ‘Pay Now‘.
4: Complete the transaction by filling in the required details on the payment gateway page.
Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation message along with the invoice by SMS or email. If your transaction fails, please try again as soon as possible.
Question 3: If I don't want to subscribe, can I still read the Gyanodaya site for free?
Answer: Yes, but exclusive articles will not be available and you will not get the benefit of an ad-free experience.
Question 4: How is digital subscription paid?
Answer: As a digital subscriber you can pay by debit/credit card, net banking, e-wallet and UPI.
Question 5: Can I get a refund on subscription?
Answer: No, you cannot cancel your subscription as we have no refund policy in case of transactions.
Question 6: What if I have made the payment but my plan has not been activated?
Answer: Please mail us this information at support@gyanodaya.co.in.
Question 7: Can I convert my digital subscription to a print subscription?
Answer: Changing from digital subscription to print subscription is not possible.

Answer: Gyanodaya e-paper can be accessed from https://gyanodaya.co.in/epaper/.
Question 9: How can I access Gyanodaya e-paper?
Answer: After taking subscription, you will receive a mail on your registered ID. Which will contain both your username and password.
Question 10: I want to see the invoice for my subscription?
Answer: After successful payment, invoice is sent to you through e-mail. You can also see this in the “My Orders” tab on your profile page.
